YardSprout Team Pitches at Startup Weekend

The YardSprout Team Pitches and Answers Questions at Startup Weekend

YardSprout was founded in June, 2011, when our Founder Andrew Pearson proposed the concept at Triangle Startup Weekend, and with a newly formed 8 person team, won first place.  Since then, we’ve developed our organization and business model with the help of countless experts, supporters, mentors and coaches.

YardSprout generates its revenue from premium profiles for service providers; vendor and supplier advertising opportunities; and through sales of garden management applications for consumers and service providers to map property, plan projects, and manage, sell and share the harvest.
